Pilates
Our 40-minute Pilates classes are designed to tone, strengthen, and centre the body using traditional Pilates principles. Each session takes you through a full-body sequence, with a focus on core control, posture and mindful movement.
All our Pilates classes are open to every fitness level and offer the perfect chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself — even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.
Restorative Yoga
Our Restorative Yoga sessions with Heather are a sanctuary for deep rest, recovery, and reconnection. With over 350 hours of specialised training, a Masters in Biomedical Meditation Therapy & Allied Health, and advanced studies in Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pranayama, and Qigong, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to every class.
Blending the stillness of Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and sound healing, her classes offer nervous system support and soul-deep nourishment. Heather’s gentle presence and evidence-based approach create a space where your body can truly soften, your breath can deepen, and your whole being can begin to heal.
HIIT Circuit
Want to boost fitness, burn fat, and feel unstoppable? Our HIIT Circuit is a high-energy, small-group training class designed to increase endurance, torch calories, and build mental grit. You’ll sweat it out in a fun, non-judgmental space with epic music and even better vibes.
Each 45-minute session combines 30 minutes of cardio intervals, functional movements, and bodyweight exercises to fire up your metabolism, push your limits, and leave you walking out stronger than you came in. The last 15 minutes of class are spent on ab drills and general debriefing.
Flow Matwork
Where strength meets stillness.
This 60-minute fusion class blends the best of Yoga asanas, Pilates, mobility, and meditation to leave you feeling grounded, strong, and seriously recharged. Expect smooth transitions, deep stretches, and core-fired movement—all in a warm, supportive space where you can breathe, move, and reconnect.

Lift Circuit
Ready to get strong, lean, and confident? Our LIFT class is a small-group strength training circuit designed to build muscle, boost metabolism, and improve overall body composition. You’ll get personalised coaching in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.
Each 45-minute session includes a full-body circuit using barbells, dumbbells and functional equipment to improve your technique, increase your strength, and help you feel empowered in your body.
