Pilates

Our 40-minute Pilates classes are designed to tone, strengthen, and centre the body using traditional Pilates principles. Each session takes you through a full-body sequence, with a focus on core control, posture and mindful movement.

Pilates Barre brings more standing work into the mix — targeting the legs, glutes, and stabilising muscles for a burn you’ll feel in the best way.

Pilates Matwork in the evenings is more ground-based and ends with a calming meditation — the perfect way to unwind, stretch out, and reset.

All our Pilates classes are open to every fitness level and offer the perfect chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself — even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.

Boxing

Our 40-minute boxing classes are designed to make you sweat, feel strong and connect with our community. Using Punchfit equipment, we partner up and take turns holding pads — but don’t stress, catching punches can be just as challenging as throwing them! Each person gets around 20 minutes of solid boxing time, with ever-changing sequences and combos to keep things fresh and fun.

Our morning Cardio Boxing sessions ramp things up with added legwork — think squats, dips and shuffles built into each round. Perfect for starting your day with power and energy.

Our Boxing + Stretch classes in the evening focus on a strong boxing session followed by a longer cool-down and stretch, ideal for winding down and restoring your body.

Lift Circuit

Ready to get strong, lean, and confident? Our LIFT class is a small-group strength training circuit designed to build muscle, boost metabolism, and improve overall body composition. With a maximum of six participants, you’ll get personalised coaching in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

Each 45-minute session includes a full-body circuit using barbells, dumbbells and functional equipment to improve your technique, increase your strength, and help you feel empowered in your body.

Why lift?

Resistance training improves bone density, supports fat loss, increases energy, and enhances everyday function—especially important as we age.
