If you would like to start exercising in our classes but would prefer some 1-on-1 sessions before diving in, then book our ‘Learn To Lift’ Personal Training pack with one of our PTs.
It includes three tailor made 45 minute sessions in our studio. We take you through traditional weighted exercises, focusing on technique and correct movement. We can also discuss any injures and modifications you can make during a normal 45 minute class.
This is the perfect introductory to Rise Berridale and to the benefits of weights training.
