Strong bodies. Confident kids.

At Rise, we believe movement is one of the greatest gifts we can give our kids.

Our youth programs are designed to help children build confidence, coordination and body awareness in a fun, supportive environment where they can simply enjoy moving. Whether they're climbing, lifting, jumping or learning their way around the gym for the very first time, every session is about creating positive experiences with exercise that will stay with them for life.

These aren't classes about creating elite athletes or chasing personal bests. They're about helping young people feel capable in their own bodies, develop healthy habits and discover that movement can be something they genuinely enjoy.

Our eight-week terms are run with a max of 8 to ensure every child receives plenty of guidance, encouragement and individual attention.

Rise Kids

Ages 8 - 12

Our Rise Kids class is all about building confidence through movement.

Over 45 minutes, kids will run, jump, balance, climb, carry, play and explore what their bodies are capable of in a fun and supportive environment. We'll introduce light weights and simple strength exercises in an age-appropriate way, helping them develop coordination, body awareness and good movement patterns that will benefit them for years to come.

Most importantly, they'll leave feeling strong, capable and having had a whole lot of fun.

Rise Teens

Ages 12 - 16

This class is designed as the perfect introduction to strength training.

Over the eight-week term, teens will learn how to use gym equipment safely and confidently while building a solid foundation in lifting technique. We'll focus on movement quality before weight, teaching proper form on a range of machines and free-weight exercises in a supportive, small-group environment.

Whether they're playing sport or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident in the gym, this class will give them the skills to train safely for years to come.
