A Beginner Strength Program for Women

You do not need to “get fit first” before you start lifting weights.

You just need someone to show you how.

Our Learn to Lift Program was created for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in the gym — without the intimidation, confusion, or pressure that often comes with starting.

This four-week program will teach you the foundations of strength training in a supportive small-group environment inside Rise Berridale.

Whether you’ve never stepped foot into a gym before, feel unsure using equipment, or simply want to improve your technique, this program is designed to help you build confidence from the ground up.

What You’ll Learn

Over four weeks, we’ll guide you through:

  • The foundations of strength training

  • Proper lifting technique and form

  • How to safely use gym equipment

  • Basic movement patterns and exercises

  • How to structure a simple workout

  • How to move confidently on the gym floor

  • How to transition into group strength classes

The goal is simple:
To help you walk into the gym feeling like you belong there.

Starts: Mondays at 6pm & Saturdays at 9am
Location: Rise Berridale
Duration: 4 Weeks starting 8th June

Spaces are limited to keep the group supportive and hands-on.
